Our Home Building Process

 We can assist with all phases or construction only

I. Budget Determination
    A. Obtain loan approval
    B. Determine size and scope of project based on desired loan amount

II. Design Phase
    A. Develop design criteria and subdivision requirements (if applicable)
    B. Draw floor plan or select an existing plan
    C. Draw roof plan, elevations, electrical plans, and site plan
    D. Make color selections (usually done when construction begins)

III. Contract & Specifications
    A. Specify scope of work to be performed by builder
    B. Specify products used in home
    C. Determine pricing and execute contract

IV. Loan Processing
    A. Submit contract documents to lender
    B. Survey property
    C. Appraise project
    D. Closing documents

V. Construction
    A. Obtain permits
    B. Site preparation/foundation
    C. Framing and mechanicals
    D. Drywall, trip carpentry, cabinets
    E. Finishes and fixtures
    F. Final walk/modify loan/move-in
