Dan Glassel/ President
Dan is the President and Founder of Blessing Homes. He will be the one to meet with you in orientation to discuss your floor plan, give you an estimate, or help you to choose from one of our floor plans that will best fit your needs. If you do not already have financing for your home, Dan can help you in finding the financing that is right for you. Dan has been in the construction industry for most of this life and is an expert builder. With many years experience in building, sales, and leadership so you can feel confident that when working with Dan that you are getting a quality home at a reasonable price.
Jim Mullen/ Vice President
Jim is the Vice President of Blessing Homes. With a degree in Construction Management from the college of Architecture at Texas A&M, he has over 20 years in construction experienced in both residential and commercial. Jim is especially experience in building larger, more customized homes with many upgrades and unique personal touches. Jim is highly experienced in trades such as: concrete, carpentry, and painting. Jim's goal is to establish Blessing Homes as the leading local builder of Montgomery County in; customer service and satisfaction, product quality, and product value. Jim is currently pursuing a Master Builder designation.
Andrew Glassel/ Superintendent
Andrew is the computer drafting specialist for Blessing Homes. He is also a superintendent, building mostly inventory homes. It is his role as a designer that really brings him in contact with customers. If a customer comes to us and wants to make major changes to one of our existing floor plans, he sits down with them in front of the computer and modifies the plan until the customer is happy. Andrew can also draw an entirely new and unique drawing based on your ideas. This is one of the many ways we make sure you get exactly what you want.
Tom Hause/ Superintendent
Tom is one of our Superintendents here at Blessing Homes that may be responsible for the field activities during the construction of your home. Tom is very customer oriented and also executes any warranty work orders that may arise.
Tamra Dearing/ Accountant
Tamara is our office accountant. She will also work with your bank or mortgage company to insure all goes well with the financing of your home during construction. Tamra will be here to answer any questions you may have about your closing, the status of your loan draws/disbursements or the title on your new home.
Esther Maina/ Selections Coordinator
Esther will assist you when picking out the product and color selections for your new home. She is skilled in color selection, cabinetry, carpet and unique upgrades. Esther will be there to answer all your interior/exterior selection questions and to help with any interior designing you may need. Esther is also a member of the American Society of Interior Designers.
Kelly Hartner/ Office Administrator
Kelly will most likely be your first point of contact at Blessing Homes. She will help to answer any question you may have about building before you talk with Dan. Kelly is the one who will set up all the building permits, utilities, and septic designs- should you need it for your new home. She is also involved in assisting lenders to make sure disbursements and closing occur smoothly. Kelly is responsible for the development and implementation of our marketing and advertising.
